Red Wine and Your Gut….an Interesting study

Well who of us does not enjoy a nice glass of red wine?

 

I know that I do and when the week at college comes to an end it is great to sit, relax and have that glass ( or two) of red wine .

A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported that people who drank 2 glasses of red wine per day (dry red wine, not sugary dessert wines) had higher levels of beneficial bacteria in their gut and lower levels of pathogenic bad bacteria in their gut.
