sleepwalking remedies suggestions?

I have been sleepwalking for months. My parents caught me trying to unlatch the door last week at 2:00 am in my sleep.I do not want to go to doctors for this either, they may prescribe medications that may cause long term health effects. Are there any natural remedies?

    Hypnosis is very effective at curtailing sleepwalking, and you can even do it privately at home.

    About 30 minutes before you go to bed, watch this video:

    Use headphones for the sound (not speakers). Be sure to do it privately where you will be undisturbed. Follow all the instructions within it.

    If you do this 3 times a week for 2 weeks, you’ll find it will stop sleepwalking. Go ahead and try it!

    Drink milk before bet as it helps you sleep better. I’ve never sleep walked but i have woken up in the middle of the night before and milk puts me right back to sleep.

    I know I probably sound like a baby but it works 🙂
