How is cholesterol 'fatty'?
How exactly is cholesterol ‘fatty.’ It isn’t made of fat, obviously. Is it ‘fatty’ because it travels with lipids in a lipoprotein?

Cholesterol is a type of steroid that falls under the group of molecules called lipids. The lipid group of molecules include fats, oils, steroids (like cholesterol)
Its "fatty" in the sense that it belongs in the same grouping as fats and oils.
…doesn’t cholesterol clog arteries or something?
I don’t know if it’s really ‘fatty’…..
I should have paid more attention in Health class. Sorry lol
