What’s better the juice plus shake diet or the herbalife shake diet?

  Lost 22kg in my first 7 month.
  It taste great and you can mix your own recipes.
  You can get it for 25% less if you join them.
  When you join you pay to join but you get a lot of products with your package.
  At the end you get 90% worth of product and 10% is joining fee.
