    Total cholesterol should be 140-200, so idk what u r talking about. Here is a question on cholesterol I just answered listing things you can do to improve yours if needed.     but try to only eat at home for a month, especially pizza, burgers, and other fried foods.

    I assume you mean your LDL is 122.

    My doctor has said the same thing. I’ve already done the food choices. Now I’m working more on the exercise options.

    You don’t get diabetes from high cholesterol.
