A shot of vinegar (a splash) into a little hot water (about an ounce) and sprinkle regular ol’ black pepper all over the top of it. Take a swig as big as you can tolerate (the vinegar is nasty) and gargle as long as you can stand it. WORX like a charm every time!

Chloroseptic Throat Spray, Camomile Tea and a bit of honey can be added to the tea (both are antiseptics).
