How can i lower my cholesterol 50 points in less then 3 months ?

    Stop eating foods high in saturated fats that promote ldl – ‘bad’ cholestrol – if you want to lose a substantial amounts then no butter, whole milk, red meat or eggs over the next three months. A less known fact is that refined carbs (white bread etc) and sugars also play havoc on insulin levels which negatively impact cholesterol so avoid them as much as you can too.

    Easiest way to reduce cholesterol is through physical exercise but more importantly, a healthy diet.

    All these foods are extermely effective at decreasing cholesterol levels:
    Porridge
    almonds
    fish / omega-3 oils
    Fruit
    Veggies
    lentils
    plant sterols

    include them in your daily diet as much as you can.

    You can drink green tea-unsweetened. Also start eating oatmeal every morning or Cheerios. Adding fresh fruits and veggies help as well. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Good luck!
