what are good colon cleansers for weight loss?

I don’t go normally to the restroom and feel that i should get cleaned out. Im also wanting to loose some weight.
I been dancing since I was 3 years and been working out for the past 5 years. I know how to loose weight and am not quit sure where I said get in shape. I just want to know of anyone that has done a colon cleanser and which one really works.
