Exercise is the best medicine. You might try meditation; for many people, meditating really does wonders. If you’re tired of the meds, do not start doing supplements. Sex is also good for relieving stress, if it’s with someone you trust and, hopefully, love.
    Good luck!

Valerian and Passion Flower drops together.
The bottle says to take some high number like 30 drops each…but I never do. If I am stressed….I take like 10 drops of the valerian and 15 drops of the passion flower….if I just want a little aid to rest better in the night, 8 drops each. Never makes me tired just relaxed, taking the edge off. You could always try and tweek the amount to what works for you but I always start less and work up. Good luck.

I find that soaking in a fairly hot bath with 4 or 5 drops of lavender oil in helps me to destress. When I get out I feel so good and usually I end up falling asleep very quickly. Try it!

There is a NATURAL lithium supplement called Lithium Orotate that is nothing like the synthetic prescription form of lithium. I’ve taken it to get through a few rough patches and it’s very effective with NO side effects at all. It just takes the "edge" off of stress, anxiety and depression.

NOTE: You cannot go off your prescription meds cold turkey to go on a natural supplement program. Work with your doctor to gradually wean yourself off of your meds. Otherwise, you could suffer an adverse reaction from cold turkey withdrawal.

Of course, even with the very best supplement program, you still need exercise, healthy diet that includes lots of purified water and fresh air. You have to tend to your spirit and soul, as well as your physical body. Taking time to be quiet and "meditate" is important. I’m a Christian, so I have a quiet time of prayer each day. You might get a good devotional book to read during your quiet time. I would recommend reading "Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren. It’ll put things into perspective and motivate you seek out your purpose and make the most of your life.

You can find the lithium orotate at the link below…

    All the best!
