Is there any foods or natural oils that can help with anxiety?!?

I was wondering, if there is any healthy organic foods or natural oils or ANYTHING that helps with anxiety. If you know of any PLEASE help me out?! Thanks so much 😀

    There are many natural remedies, herbs, essential oils and flower essences for anxiety. Rescue remedy can be found at your local health food store and is a good short-term anxiety remedy.

    Hi, I used St. John’s Wort for several months to address anxiety. It worked for me. Just be aware that this herb makes you more sensitive to sunlight in terms of getting a sunburn, so if you’re going to be out in the sun for a long time, either don’t take your St. John’s Wort for a couple of days beforehand or use a lot of sunscreen and wear a hat and sunglasses.

    Also, I use 2 Origins products for headaches and sleeplessness, which are 2 of my symptoms when I’m extremely anxious. I’m sorry I can’t remember their names but they both come in small bottles and smell nice and clean. When you go to an Origins counter in a store, they will be able to help you.

    I’m going to use that site myself. Some of the things on that Anxiety
    Friendly list of vitamins & foods I knew about..some I didn’t.
    I know that you should avoid caffeine, high sugar foods, etc. Eating healthy is the best thing you can do for anxiety or your body in general.
    So watch out with the holidays coming up & all that rich food.
