If you positively knew that eating well would extend your health for years, would you follow that course?

There are all sorts of videos on Youtube that talk about drinking lots of water (and no soft drinks, obviously), eating lots of raw veggies and fruits and using herbs as tonics.

Are you a believer in that or do you prefer to eat high calorie foods that satisfy your craving for sweets or salt?

    Of course! And I do! Think of your body as an extremely expensive car that needs very specific "fuel." You wouldn’t put diesel in an unleaded only engine, would you? It’d just clog it up, like junk food does for humans. I try to eat all the fresh, nutritious food that I can, and never eat fast food. But you don’t have to wait to enjoy the benefits! It just makes me feel better!

    i believe that you should drink a lot of water and eat a lot of veggies, but i think its normal to have an occasional sweet.
