    ok really theres this theory that i got goin is that if you swallow chewing gum and its gona stay there for at least a few months so you’ll get filled up faster. but you’ll have to eat more often in smaller amounts which is what you should be doin anyway.

    Nuts and Olive oil have healthy fats. Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats fill you up so does fiber.

    Please do not buy into the idea that a pill or magic drink will help you. Certainly, green tea is an excellent antioxidant, but be sure not to add too much sugar, or you will negate the benefits.

    If you want to eat less, eat healthier foods. You will feel much more full if you eat products labeled "whole grain", instead of white flour products or "whole wheat". Don’t be afraid of eating fat, just make sure it’s a healthy version of it. Stay away from too much animal fat, and stick with the fat from soy or tofu products. If you aren’t used to tofu products, try mixing it with other things. Try this: Get some unsalted tortilla chips made from bean, soy, or flax (trader joe’s and whole foods carries them). Cook up some tempeh with some diced onions in some grapeseed oil. If you want, use half the package of tempeh and add 1/2 pound of ground turkey. Put on top of the chips with some soy monterey jack (it’s amazing, taste just like regular jack cheese!), your favorite fresh salsa, a little avocado, if desired. You will feel so full from just a little bit, and it’s all healthy!

    Also, take the stairs more, park your car in the furthest space, watch less TV.

    green tea is not an appetite suppressant, however it helps remove toxins from the body, and has antioxident quality. it helps keep digestive system working smoothly.
    dont use bottled green tea. you have to buy the dried leaves and boil them in water and strain and drink the water. adding a tea spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice also helps.
