  • Well..i’m really not sure.
    Because i weight 138 (15 years old) and even after i’ve used them, it’s still the same.
    So i think it only works for those who eat a tremendous amount of fatty food because the colon cleanser just gets rid of the fat stored in your body, but if you weigh more than you want because you exercise, like me, then i advise you not to buy it.
    It’s just a waste of money.
    However, acai berry supplements are extremely good for you. It does make you feel more healthier, and more lively.

    All Acai berry supplements aren’t of equal quality. Some are quite inferior. The research is pretty clear that the acai berry is highly loaded with anti-oxidants, which play an important role in our immune system. That doesn’t make them magical! At the same time, providing your body with high levels of anti-oxidants can only be helpful for a body that has been deficient for a long time.

    I think the same can be said for colon cleansers. They are not all equal.

  • I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

  • it is safe for a teen to try although i dont know what the results will be. i try to stay away from acai products because ive noticed they have a lot of talk built up but also a lot of complaints behind it.. so as far as acai berry products go, i dont use them. colon cleansers can help you to loose weight, i try to still eat right and work out when i can while im on mine because it can benefit the results but thats optional.     The best method for staying fit is to get atleast an hour of exercise on a daily basis, eat healthy meals, plenty of fruits and vegetables are naturally good for your colon. So is fiber. Drink plenty of water and try to get a good night’s sleep.

  • honestly to lose weight using acai in your teens is not really needed. Colon cleansing I wouldn’t recommend either given you wouldnt get much results. I would recommend a product like perfect acai which is a general supplement. You should get better results from that and a bit of exercise.
