  • Omega 3 fish oil. You can buy it in the health food store! An acquaintance who owns a health food store told me that is the #1 recommended natural herbal remedy for high blood pressure. Just be sure to lower your salt and fat intake as well, otherwise nothing will work.
    Good luck.

Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet. This kind of diet includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk, fish (not canned in oil), vegetables, poultry, egg whites, and polyunsaturated oils and margarines (corn, safflower, canola, and soybean oils). Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, lard, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.
Doctors recommend weight loss and regular exercise as the first steps in treating mild to moderate hypertension.

  • daily routine exercise for minimum 30 minutes.it will hepl weigt loss also which is good for lowering bp

  • Exercise, exercise, exercise! If you are over weight, go on a diet. A diet low in fat should become the ritual, and avoid eating white foods, ie sugar, salt, flour. Increase your intake of Omega 3 fatty acids by eating salmon, cod, bass or nuts specifically walnuts.
