    This is what I do–no allergies at an old age. I can only guess at why it works. Pick a dandelion and eat the yellow flower (take a look first to make sure there isn’t an any crawling in it). Don’t wash it.
    My theory is that the flower collects dust and pollen from the air and, by eating it, I develop some resistance to those things. It is important to pick a flower from the area where you live.

    1 natural remedy I know of is the Neti Pot. You mix salt with water and inhale it into your nostrils. You will need to keep your head down over the sink when you do it. I do not have much issues with allergies but my mother uses hers all the time. Granted it is not comfortable because I am sure you know what it feels like to suck water in through your nose but she loves hers and swears by it.
