  • interesting, my eczema or psoriasis happened around my right calve OMG so huge. i know what caused it, i shave too much and i am harsh, i had three dots that looked like bites, i still shaved and ignored it, then i noticed tiny little red bumps and BAMMMMMM it spread all over my calve, same with my arm. when i got scared or sad and nervous or freaking out, my whole face exploded, neck and shoulders and stomach. best thing for me olive oil, calamine lotion mixed w/ organc extravirgin cocnutoil

LAY DOWN A THICK LAYER OF SHEABUTTER THEN WRAP YOUR LEG WITH SERRAN WRAP , THIS WILL ALLOW YOUR LEG TO SOAK UP MOISTER THROUGH THE WHOLE NIGHT N KEEP YOU FROM BEING ABLE TO ITCH…COCONUT OIL IS GREAT TOO…THE RAW COCONUT OIL…APPLY IT WARM ;)

  • i have the exact same thing, my knees down. a steroid cream from your dermatologist can help with the itching and healing. make sure to exfoliate in the shower too! helps get rid of flaking dead skin and spots.

  • I get my eczema in the creases of my arms, and behind my knees…. sometimes I get it on face, right under my bottom lip…. it really sucks. I always get it really bad when the seasons start changing.
